Abstract:Information sharing, resource docking and business coordination among the relevant industrial chain, supply chain and demand chain entities can be promoted through the establishment of information service platform, which can also improve the production capacity supportability of emergency materials. It is helpful to the formation of a capacity guarantee system featuring mutual trust and encouragement, coordination and order, intelligence and efficiency, through the rational use of digital technology represented by "Big Data, AI, Block Chain and Cloud Computing" to assist decision-making, fine management, resource integration and optimization. An information service platform focusing on production capacity guarantee is studied and designed based on the analysis of production capacity supportability, which has integrated "Big Data, AI, Block Chain and Cloud Computing". Meeting emergencies in disaster while offering services in peacetime is the standpoint of the platform. Finally, several matters in the construction process of the platform are discussed.
