我国中部地区科技合作态势研究——以中科院为例

Study on the Situation of Sci-tech Cooperation in Central China: A Case Study of Chinese Academy of Sciences

摘要:

基于Web of Science核心数据库，利用VOSviewer和ITGInsight文献分析工具，对我国中部6省的中国科学院机构与当地科研机构的合作论文进行总体态势分析、地区分布分析、地区合作网络分析、机构合作网络分析、学科分布及热点识别。研究表明：中部6省中，安徽省的院地科技合作工作表现突出，科研实力较强，学术影响力较高；但6省的院地科技合作明显不足，还未形成一体化合力。最后，基于统计分析结果提出相关建议：加强顶层设计，理顺中部6省中科院机构与地方科研主体之间的互动机制；加强系统谋划，理顺中部6省中科院机构内部科研管理机制；进一步推进区域创新系统的建设。

Abstract:

On the basis of the Web of Science core database, this paper makes use of the VOSviewer and ITGInsight literature analysis tools to analyze the general situation analysis, regional distribution analysis, regional cooperation network analysis, institutional cooperation network analysis, subject distribution and hot spot identification of the cooperative papers between the institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences（CAS） and local scientific research institutions in six provinces of central China. The research shows that among six provinces of central China, sci-tech cooperation in Anhui province is Outstanding, its scientific research strength is strong and its academic influence is high. However, scientific and technological cooperation in six provinces of central China is obviously insufficient, and integration has not yet taken place. Finally, based on the results of statistical analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions：Strengthen the top-level design so as to straighten out the interaction mechanism between CAS institutions and local scientific research institutions in six provinces of central China；Strengthen systematic planning and straighten out the internal scientific research management mechanism of CAS institutions in six provinces of central China；Further promote the development of regional innovation systems.
