Abstract:There are significant differences in the incubating performance of incubators established by governments, universities and private enterprises in reality. Different from mature market economies, the resources possessed by different ownership entities in China are also different. This paper uses the resource-behavior-performance analysis framework to sample the performance of 91 incubators from different Guangdong Provinces as the sample to try out the performance of different types of incubators in reality. The reason for the difference is explained. The results show that the difference in the performance of different founding incubators stems from the differences in the endowment structure of each type of incubator. The resource structure of incubators (manpower resources, multiple resources in terms of capital, relationship and social reputations) is significantly positive to the incubation performance of incubators. Impact. Establish an efficient and reasonable incubation network, fully participate in the management of incubation companies, maximize the value of resources, and improve incubation performance. Especially for the current special entrepreneurial environment, how to implement in the process of providing resources is very important The different resources of the incubator need to influence the incubating performance through the establishment and internal management of Incubator"s external network into the corresponding strategic decisions.
