高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构多要素多组态发展模式研究

The Multi-Factors and Multi-Configuration Combined Development Pattern Research on Universities and Local Governments to Build New R&D Institutions

摘要:

高质量高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构是实现科技创新的重要手段。现有研究缺乏对建设高质量高校与地方共建的新型研发机构系统的认识。本文基于资源基础观使用fs/QCA对广东省19个高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构案例进行组态分析。研究发现：(1)当地产业基础、院校品牌、政府和院校资源支持无法单独构成高质量新型研发机构的必要条件；(2)存在驱动高质量高校与当地政府构建新型研发机构的3条路径：1)当地产业基础好,院校品牌知名度高可获得较好发展；2)在院校品牌知名度不高的情况下,资源支持高可获得较好发展；3)当地产业基础好,资源支持高可获得较好发展。本文的研究结论有利于深化对我国高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构高质量发展背后多重影响因素间的复杂关系的理性认识。

Abstract:

Universities and local governments to build high quality new R&D institutions is an important way to achieve technological innovation. Existing research is short of the systemic research on the construction of building universities and local governments high quality new R&D institutions. In this paper,we use fs/QCA to conduct configuration analysis of 19 new R&D institutions of universities and local government building based on Resource-Based View. Study found that:(1)the local industrial base, the brand of colleges and universities, the support of government and universities resources can not alone constitute the necessary conditions of a high quality R& D institutions;(2)there is three paths of driving high quality universities and local government building new R&D institutions:1)good industrial foundation, local colleges and universities high brand awareness can obtain better development;2)under the condition of the low brand awareness of universities,the high support of resources can obtain better development;3) local good industrial foundation and resources to support high can obtain better development. The conclusion of this paper is conducive to deepen the rational understanding of the complex relationship between multiple factors behind the high-quality development of Chinese universities and local governments new R&D institutions.
