基于大数据的科技创新成果精准转化模式研究

摘要:

近年来我国的科技创新成果转化金额不断地增长，占国民生产总值的比例也不断的提升。但是作为我国科技创新成果主力军的高校和科研院所，它们的科技创新成果转化占全国成果转化比例却在不断的下降。本文通过分析基于大数据的科技创新成果转化平台，研究基于大数据的科技创新成果精准转化模式，提出通过科技创新成果精准转化模式来提高科技创新成果的转化效率。

Abstract:

The amount of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China has been increasing recently, and its proportion in the GDP has also been increasing. However, as the main force of scientific and technological achievements in China, the proportion of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities and scientific research institutes in the whole country is declining. By analyzing the transformation platform of scientific and technological achievements based on big data, we study the precise transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements based on big data, and propose to improve the transformation efficiency of them through the precision transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements.
