高职院校新技术应用型创新创业生态系统构建研究

Studies on innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of new technology application for higher vocational colleges

摘要:

构建高职院校新技术应用型创新创业生态系统是在新一轮科技革命与产业变革下实现高职教育人才培养目标,助推国家实施创新驱动战略和地方促进产业升级的重要选择和途径。本文分析了新技术应用型创新创业教育理念,并在此基础上构建了新技术应用型创新创业生态系统模型,探讨了该创新创业生态系统的基本要素构成和各构成要素之间的相互关系；最后以温州职业技术学院为个案,归纳总结新技术应用为导向的创新创业实践成效,并从专业集群、课程体系、管理机制、社团活动、全球化战略和竞赛体系等六方面提出思考与建议。

Abstract:

To construct an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of new technology application for Higher Vocational colleges is to achieve the talents cultivation objectives of higher vocational education under scientific & technological revolution and industrial transformation on the first round and to help our nation implement innovation-driven strategies as well as provides our locals with vital references and approaches to promote industrial upgrading. This paper analyzes the educational concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship with new technology application , based on this, has also constructed the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem model of new technology application and discusses the basic element composition of the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem as well as the interrelationships between composition elements. In closing, this paper induces and summarizes the practical effects of innovation and entrepreneurship with new technology application as the orientation, and puts forward pondering questions and suggestions in terms of major clusters, curriculum systems, management mechanisms, community activities, globalization strategies and competition systems from 6 aspects.
