Abstract:Ecological innovation is the fundamental path for enterprises to move towards green development, and evaluation of ecological innovation is the key for small and micro enterprises to promote win-win ecological and economic benefits. Based on the data of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou Province, the evaluation index system of Ecological Innovation of small and micro enterprises is designed from two aspects of internal driving and external driving. It is verified and improved through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and empirical research is carried out. The results show that the evaluation index system of Ecological Innovation of small and micro enterprises has good applicability, the level of ecological resource innovation has a greater impact on the ecological innovation of small and micro enterprises, and the level of ecological culture construction has a relatively small impact. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ecological innovation of small and micro enterprises, such as establishing the environment subject collaborative innovation ecosystem, improving the organic coordination system of enterprise ecological management, and strengthening the dynamic integration of enterprise ecological resource elements.
