识别中国中高档数控机床技术差距是政府和企业战略规划的重要问题。目前研究中存在技术缺口信息不够丰富、缺乏基于数据层面的对技术缺口内容的客观描述的问题。本文基于文献计量与专利分析及信息可视化工具,使用多源数据进行分析领域研究进展与趋势,然后通过典型国内外企业的市场产品、海关产品数据同专利信息的匹配来识别缺口与短板。结论表明中国在主机产品、可靠性技术、数字化设计技术仍存在不同层次的创新缺口,同时为政府和企业的相关决策提供了有益的数据和方法支持

Identifying the technical gap in China's middle and high end numerical control machine plays a vital role in strategic planning for the government and enterprises. Previous studies have suffered from lack of information about the technical gap and lack of an objective description of the technical gap based on the data This paper proposes a process for identifying the technical gap, using multi-source data to analyze the research progress and trend of the field, and then identify the gap and short board by comparing the product and patent information of typical domestic and foreign enterprises and matching the technical keywords. The conclusion shows that China still has innovation gaps at different levels in mainframe products, reliability technologies, and digital design technologies. This paper identified the technical gap in CNC machine tools and offered data as well as method support for decision making in government and enterprises
