使用1985—2018年中国渔业专利申请数据,逐年构建了以发明人为节点、共同研发关系为链接的合作网络,探究了合作网络结构洞对发明人创新绩效的影响,以及邻域中心性对该影响的调节作用。基于负二项回归模型的实证分析表明:(1)结构洞对发明人创新绩效具有正向影响。(2)邻域程度中心性对该影响具有负向调节作用,而领域接近中心性对该影响具有正向调节作用。文章基于创新网络优化的视角提出了相关实践建议。

Using China’s fishery patent data from 1985-2018, we constructed collaboration network with nodes of inventors and lines of joint R D relationships yearly, then explored the impact of collaboration network structural hole on inventors’ innovation performance, and the moderate effect of neighbor centrality on this impact. Based on negative binomial model, the results showed that: (1) structural hole has a positive impact on inventors’ innovation performance. (2) Neighbor degree centrality negatively moderated this impact while neighbor closeness centrality positively moderated this impact. At the end of this paper we showed some practice suggestions based on the perspective of collaboration network optimization.
