Abstract:By constructing a three-stage DEA model, analyzing the data of industry-university-research cooperation innovation activities in 28 regions of the country from 2010 to 2017, and evaluating the efficiency of China's domestic research-research cooperation innovation, the results of the three-stage evaluation show: (1)The higher the level, the easier it is to cause waste of funds, talents, and project input resources, and the higher the degree of marketization and government support, the more it will promote the rational use of innovative resources such as funds and talents; (2) After removing the impact of environmental factors, Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Hunan has reached the optimal level, and the situation of industry-university-research cooperation in eight regions including Yunnan and Fujian needs to be vigorously improved.
