Abstract:The chip industry is the basic, strategic and leading industry in the modern industrial system. Based on the data of cooperative patent, the research on the structural characteristics of the weighted network of chip industry will help to reveal the internal coupling mechanism and complementary mechanism of the cooperative network of chip patent in China, and provide a theoretical basis for decision makers to formulate reasonable policies and development strategies of the chip industry. By establishing a chip industry"s weighted patent cooperation network and applying social network analysis methods, the structure of Chinese chip industry"s weighted patent cooperation network is studied from the aspects of network structure, correlation, agglomeration subgroups and important nodes. The research results show that: Chinese chip industry weighted patent cooperation network has the power-law distribution characteristic; enterprises occupy a dominant position in the chip industry"s patent cooperation applications, and economically developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong are important components of the network node; Larger patent applicants show obvious connection preferences, the weight ratio of nodes increases faster, and the network is of the same nature; the State Grid Corporation of China is the most important node of the network, and the Electronic Science and Technology University and TSMC occupy important positions in the network. position. Based on the conclusion, this article puts forward suggestions for improving the development of Chinese chip industry.
