Research on the Technology Management Platform Work System of the Emerging and Interdisciplinary Disciplines

摘要:

“新兴交叉学科”已成为与国家“双一流”建设联系最为紧密的关键词之一，新兴交叉学科对于建设世界一流学科的战略性作用日益凸显。建立新兴交叉学科科技管理平台，加强科技管理体制机制创新，是增强我国高水平研究型大学核心竞争力的有力举措。新兴交叉学科科技管理平台工作体系是将一流平台与一流大学、一流学科、一流人才、一流学术资源有机串联的有效纽带。在“双一流”的视角下，本文以新兴交叉学科科技管理平台为切入点，从模式、理念、机制、管理、人员五个维度，重点阐述新兴交叉学科科技管理平台工作体系，为我国大学发展新兴交叉学科提供参考。

Abstract:

“Emerging and Interdisciplinary disciplines” has become one of the key words closely connected with the construction of “Double First-Class”, and emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines play an increasingly prominent strategic role in the construction of First-Class disciplines. It is a powerful measure to strengthen the core competitiveness of Chinese high-level research universities to establish the technology management platform of the emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines and strengthen the innovation of science and technology management system. The technology management platform work system of the emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines is an effective link connecting first-class platform with first-class universities, first-class disciplines, first-class talents and first-class academic resources. From the vision of “Double First-Class”, this paper starts from technology management platform of the emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines, and focuses on the the technology management platform work system of the emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines from the five dimensions of mode, concept, mechanism, management and personnel, so as to provide reference for the development of emerging and interdisciplinary disciplines in Chinese universities.
