[摘要]
[目的]医学的创新发展离不开信息科技的融合支撑,人工智能技术在医疗健康领域的应用日益广泛。专利是科技创新的核心体现之一,本研究旨在对国内外医疗健康人工智能技术应用专利进行对比分析,掌握其相关产业发展趋势及特征,为医疗人工智能实践及研究提供参考。[方法]通过借助于ISS信息检索和分析平台,对德温特数据库的医疗健康与人工智能领域的专利信息进行综合分析,梳理1963-2020年间相关领域专利的演进,对专利申请国分布及其所聚焦的研究热点、技术点进行宏观分析。[结果]全球人工智能技术在医疗健康领域专利数加速攀升,热点领域以专门用于处置或处理医疗或健康数据的信息和通信技术类居多,研发主体以国际医疗器械、信息科技公司为核心研发梯队,推测医疗产业市场经济驱动是专利增长的重要因素;相比较国际专利现状,我国相关企业在申请数量上正赶超美、日、欧公司,研发活力最强,而科研机构从业人员与专利激励政策的作用不显著。

[purpose] The innovation and development of medicine can not be separated from the support of information technology integration. The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical health is increasingly widespread. Patent is one of the core embodiment of scientific and technological innovation. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the application patent of medical and health artificial intelligence technology at home and abroad, grasp the development trend and characteristics of its related industries, and provide reference for the practice and research of medical artificial intelligence. [Method] By means of ISS information retrieval and analysis platform, the patent information in the fields of medical health and artificial intelligence in DeWitt database was comprehensively analyzed, and the evolution of patents in related fields during 1963-2020 was combed, and the distribution of patent application countries and the focus of research hot spots and technical points were analyzed. [Result] The number of patents of global artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical and health has been increasing rapidly. Most of the hot areas are information and communication technologies which are used to dispose or process medical or health data. The research and development subjects are international medical devices and information technology companies as the core research and development teams. It is speculated that the market economy driving of medical industry is an important factor for patent growth At present, China's relevant enterprises are catching up with those of the United States, Japan and Europe in terms of the number of applications, with the strongest R & D vitality, while the role of scientific research practitioners and patent incentive policies is not significant.
