Abstract:In view of the urgency, importance, timeliness, and collaboration characteristics of emergency scientific research on major infectious disease epidemics, this paper builds a diversified and collaborative emergency scientific research collaborative innovation mechanismby incorporatingmultiple coordination dimensions such as the main body of coordination, coordination tasks, coordination elements, coordination mechanisms, coordination performance, and supporting elements into a unified analysis framework and Logic system. Then, the paper integratesthe DEMATEL method and the ANP method, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the DEMATEL-ANP model to dynamically evaluate the emergency scientific research collaborative activitiesof major infectious diseases. Furthermore,taking the research and development of 2019-nCoV antibody detection kit as a practical case, the emergency scientific research collaboration degree is measured and evaluated. The research results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on DEMATEL-ANP model is scientific and effective, and can accurately and dynamically evaluate the coordination degree of emergency scientific research of major infectious diseases.
