摘要:

基于2007~2018年我国ICT产业上市公司专利合作数据,运用社会网络分析方法对产业合作创新网络的整体特征、演化路径及合作模式进行了系统分析。结果表明：合作创新已成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段,但合作网络整体仍较为稀疏；网络的演化经历了三个阶段,随着时间推移合作关系数量持续扩大,核心企业地位越加突出；网络具有明显的区域集中特征,创新的主体主要分布在东部沿海省市；从组织视角看,合作模式选择和其发展阶段、技术实力以及所在业务领域特点密切相关。这些发现对改善产业创新合作,应对数字经济新阶段的挑战提供了有益的启示。

Abstract:

Based on the patent application data of China"s ICT(information and communication)listed companies from 2007 to 2018,we systematically analyze the overall characteristics, evolution path and cooperation mode of the industrial cooperation innovation network using social network analysis method. The results show that in recent years, the cooperative innovation has become an important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. However, the industrial cooperation innovation network is still sparse; The industrial cooperation innovation network has gone through three stages. Over time, the number of cooperation relationships has continued to expand and the core enterprise status has become more prominent. The network has obvious regional concentration characteristics, and the leading firms of cooperative innovation mainly locate in eastern coastal provinces and cities; From an organizational perspective, cooperation model selection relates closely to enterprise development stage, technical strength and characteristics of the business field. These findings provide useful insights for improving China"s ICT industry innovation cooperation, and contribute to meeting the challenges of digital economy.
