深圳创新城市建设中的香港因素

The Hong Kong factor in the construction of Shenzhen Innovation City

摘要:

作为我国的创新之都,深圳取得的创新成就举世瞩目。其成功因素的分析对深圳和其它地区的创新发展具有重要的实践和理论意义,目前对深圳成为创新之城的研究集中于以深圳为主体,以制度、技术、管理创新为主要驱动力方面。虽然对深圳创新之城建设的香港一些要素有所关注,但对这一因素的评估不足,重视不够,也没有系统分析香港在深圳创新发展中的重要角色。本文通过梳理香港在金融环境、科研、产业链提升、进出口贸易以及合作平台方面对深圳创新活动的支持作用,探讨深圳创新城市建设中的香港因素,对未来粤港澳大湾区的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:

As China's innovation capital, Shenzhen's innovation achievements have attracted worldwide attention. The analysis of its success factors has important practical and theoretical significance for the development of innovation in Shenzhen and other regions. The current research on Shenzhen as an innovation city focuses on Shenzhen as the main body, with institutional, technical and management innovation as the main driving forces. Although the current research has paid attention to some elements of Hong Kong in the construction of the Shenzhen Innovation City, there is insufficient evaluation of this factor and insufficient attention, and there is no systematic analysis of Hong Kong ’s important role in the development of Shenzhen ’s innovation.This article reviews the role of Hong Kong in supporting Shenzhen's innovation activities in terms of financial environment, scientific research, industrial chain upgrading, import and export trade, and cooperation platforms.Discussing the Hong Kong factors in the construction of Shenzhen's innovative city is of great significance to the future development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
