Abstract:New R & D institutions have been an important carrier for the country to implement innovation-driven development strategies in recent years. As more entities participate in the process of technological innovation, the construction of its own collaborative innovation network has become an important issue, and its complexity and diversity need to be expanded theory. Based on the grounded theory, this paper studys the case of Binhai Industrial Technology Research Institute of Zhejiang University. It summarizes the five core areas of Binhai Industrial Technology Research Institute's collaborative network structure, which are mechanism assistance support, resource information integration, platform co-construction / knowledge collaboration, interest win-win cooperation and platform coupling benefits. This paper builds a collaborative network structure of new R & D institutions which regards resource information, support mechanism, platform and knowledge as the node base, platform coupling as the network connection, and win-win benefits as the structural feedback. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the collaborative network development of new R & D institutions.
