固体废弃物处理技术评价指标体系研究与实践

摘要:

为促进绿色技术成果转化应用，建立专业评价指标体系，本文从绿色技术的重要分支领域固体废弃物处理技术出发，研究总结我国固体废弃物处理技术的发展现状、技术特点及存在问题，提出一套基于专家咨询与标准化评价方法结合的技术评价指标体系。通过对技术先进性、成熟度、生态环境效益、经济效益以及科研水平等指标分析，构建了五级评价等级，为绿色技术成果转化的筛选评价提供支撑与借鉴。

Abstract:

To promote the evaluation and transformation of green technology in China, a comprehensive evaluation index system focusing on the solid waste treatment technology,which is an important branch field of green technology, has been generated. This evaluation index system was based on the development situation and the characteristics of solid waste treatment technology in our country. This evaluation index system utilized evaluation methods combining experts consulting with standardized evaluation, and comprised specific indicators covering the fields of technological advancement, maturity, ecological and environmental benefits, economic benefits, and scientific research levels. The evaluation result was shown by Five-level recommendation.This article provided a great reference and supplement for the evaluation and transformation of green technology in China.
