国有企业研究院创新管理与实践——以中国石化石油勘探开发研究院为例

Innovation management and practice in research institute of state-owned enterprise——A case study of SINOPEC Exploration& Development Research Institute

摘要:

随着我国创新驱动战略的不断深化,创新管理已成为各行各业特别是国有企业增强自身竞争力的重要研究内容。本文诠释了国有企业研究院内在的创新属性及其兼具的社会责任,阐述了企业创新管理的理论依据,分析了影响国企创新的体制机制方面面临的问题,认为国企研究院可以通过创新机制和制度履行创新主体责任。同时以笔者所在单位为例,介绍了一个国企研究院在科技创新和管理创新方面的实践做法与体会。

Abstract:

With the continuous deepening of China's innovation-driven strategy, innovation management has increasingly become an important research content for all industries to enhance their competitiveness, especially for state-owned enterprise. This paper introduces the innovation attribute and social responsibility of the research institutes of state-owned enterprise, explains the theoretical basis of enterprise innovation management, and analyzes the institutional problems that affect the innovation of state-owned enterprise. The author believes that the research institute of state-owned enterprise can perform the primary responsibility of the innovation through the construction of innovation mechanism. At last, this paper shows the practice and experience of a state-owned research institute in technological innovation and management innovation.
