新型研发机构培育机制及发展策略研究

摘要:

新型研发机构是解决科研与经济发展脱节问题的重要桥梁，其在经济转型升级中的作用日益受到重视。尽管新型研发机构取得了较大的发展，但是其在融资、运行体制机制、人才引育、关键技术攻关能力等方面仍然存在许多需要改进的地方，需要政府、科研院所、新型研发机构等三方共同努力，协同解决新型研发机构在发展过程中遇到的困难，推动新型研发机构健康发展。

Abstract:

New R&D institutions are an important bridge to solve the problem of disconnection between scientific research and economic development, and their role in economic transformation and upgrading is increasingly valued. Although the new R&D institutions have achieved great development, there are still many areas to be improved in terms of financing, operational mechanism, talent introduction and training, key technology tackling ability, etc. They require the joint efforts of the government, scientific research institutes, new R&D institutions and so on to solve the difficulties encountered in the developing of the new R&D institutions,to promote the healthy development of the new R&D institutions.
