广东省众创空间发展现状与运营情况评价

Current Situation and Operation Evaluation of Maker Space in Guangdong Province

摘要:

本文首先对广东省近五年出台支持众创空间发展的相关政策文件进行了梳理,进而基于2016-2019年度的最新统计数据对广东省众创空间整体发展现状、运营状况及服务对象等情况进行评价分析。研究发现,(1)众创空间市场化运营程度高,但政策环境有待优化,存在区域发展两极分化严重的现象；(2)项目投融资难度大、众创空间服务覆盖面窄,难以形成良好的投融资生态；(3)国际交流合作频率逐年增长,众创空间中海外及留学生等高层次人才及海外入驻项目数量可观。基于研究结果,提出三点针对性的政策建议,以期为推动广东省众创空间发展模式从追求“量”的粗放型发展方式向追求“质”的效率驱动发展提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:

This article first summarizes the relevant policy documents issued by Guangdong Province in support of the development of Maker Space in the past five years, and then based on the latest statistical data from 2016 to 2019, evaluates and analyzes the overall development status, operation status, and service targets of Maker Space in Guangdong Province. The study found that,(1)Maker Space has a high degree of market operation, but its policy environment needs to be optimized, and regional development is polarized;(2) The investment and financing of the project is difficult, and the coverage of the Maker Space Service is narrow, so it is difficult to form a good investment and financing ecology;(3) The frequency of international exchanges and cooperation is increasing year by year, and there are a considerable number of high-level talents and overseas projects in overseas and overseas students in Maker Space. According to the results of study, three policy suggestions are proposed, with a view to providing reference for promoting the development mode of Maker Space in Guangdong Province from the extensive development mode that pursues “quantity” to the efficiency-driven development mode that pursues “quality”.
