Abstract:Taking informal networks, ambidextrous innovation, absorptive capacity and environmental dynamics as independent variables, dependent variables, intermediary variables and regulatory variables respectively, taking 227 high-tech enterprises as empirical research samples, through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper reveals the impact of informal network on ambidextrous innovation, as well as the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the regulatory role of environmental dynamics. The empirical results show that:(1)The informal network has a significant positive effect on ambidextrous innovation.(2)The potential absorptive capacity plays a part intermediary role between the informal network and incremental innovation, and plays a full intermediary role between the informal network and breakthrough innovation.(3)The real absorptive capacity plays a part intermediary role between informal network and ambidextrous innovation.(4)Environmental dynamics play a positive role in regulating informal networks and ambidextrous innovation. The enlightenment of the research conclusion to the practice of dual innovation management includes: enterprise managers should pay attention to the informal network, pay close attention to the dynamic external environment of the enterprise and pay attention to the improvement of the absorption ability of the enterprise.
