Abstract:Chinese universities take the reward of scientific research achievements as the main part of the modernization construction of their academic governance system and governance capacity.It regulates the research of the academic field of university with a series of scientific research achievement reward activities, and induces the formation of unconventional scientific research evaluation mechanism such as symbol grade and equivalent exchange of university academic achievements, which changed the academic incentive system from a system that initially encouraged university teachers to carry out academic research to a spiritual guidance and behavioral law that they studied to obtain academic rewards.On the one hand, university teachers are encouraged and guided to advance in the field of capital with abundant academic resources; on the other hand, they are also restrained and induced to form bad research habits in academic production, such as seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, avoiding reality and taking shortcuts,etc.So " crises" are hidden in the academic field of universities, including the pursuit of reward dissimilates the motivation of academic research,the reduction of rewards has made academic research its "appendage". the judgment of rewards conceals the "falsity" of academic achievements. Therefore, in order to turn from "crisis" to "turning point", the real academic research also needs the reward mechanism of correcting bias in the field of scientific research evaluation in colleges and universities, and the relevant rewards for scientific research achievements should be downplayed, so as to realize the true state of academic field.
