摘要:

大数据时代的到来为食品安全管理提供了新的研究思路与实践手段,作为多源信息资源共建共享的常用方法,多源信息融合在食品安全应急管理工作中的运用日见增多。政府大数据治理分为汇聚、融合、应用三个阶段,本文基于多源信息融合,从事前预防、事中处置和事后恢复应急管理过程加以探讨,提出构建大数据多源信息融合治理框架,并据此对多源融合信息治理应用体系进行讨论。指出：整合不同数据源,进行格式转换、清洗、整合和集成,构建不同主题数据库；建立多部门和各层级食品安全数据共享平台,对融合的信息进行汇聚、关联和分析,形成网状信息共享交换模式；通过技术工具和标准制定,规范多源信息融合的应用标准,保障信息安全。基于多源融合信息,人们可以从宏观微观两个层次无限逼近事实真相,依此做出更为科学的食品安全应急管理决策。

Abstract:

The arrival the era of Big data provides new research ideas and practical means for food safety management. As a common method of co-building sharing multi-source information resources. The application of multi-source information fusion in food safety emergency management is increasing. Government big data government is divided into three stages: convergence, fusion and application. Based on multi-source information fusion, this paper discusses the process of pre-prevention, in-process disposal and post-recovery emergency management, proposes to build a multi-source information fusion government framework of big data, and discusses the application system of multi-source fusion information governance base on this. Point out: integrate different data sources, format conversion, cleaning, integration and integration, and build different subject databases; Establish a multi-department and level food safety data sharing platform to converge, correlate and analyze the integrated information, and form a mesh information sharing and exchange mode; Through the establishment of technical tools and standards, the application standards of multi-fusion source information fusion are standardized to ensure information security. Based on multi-source fusion information, people can approach the truth from the macro and micro levels, and make more scientific food safety emergency management decisions.
