Abstract:Resources are the core elements that affect the growth level and function of scientific and technological social organizations. Now, there exist some questions of reality, for instance ,non-market competition, path dependence, narrow channels, etc. Based on this, this study used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct empirical evaluation on the resource acquisition mode of Wuhan scientific and technological social organizations, and found that the efficiency of scientific and technological social organizations using "collusion" mode evaluation to obtain organizational growth resources was the highest, "service" mode was next and "attachment" mode was the lowest. Nevertheless, under the modes of "collusion" and "attachment",scientific and technological social organizationsare prone to be manipulated by the conspirators or the objects to which they are attached, which in turn leads to the enhancement of external control, the loss of independence, the decrease of credibility, and finally the demise of the organization. Consequently, it is necessary to further perfect the scientific and technological social organizations resource acquisition process supervision, To establishin public service "supply and demand" procurement mechanism and evaluation system of scientific and technological social organizations, reduce government and scientific and technological social orgnizations "asymmetric dependence" relationship, and promote effective cooperation between scientific and technological social organizations, build a scientific, fair, standardized and highly efficient scientific and technological social organizations sustainable resource acquisition mode.
