对企业而言,生态创新的真正实现意味着环境绩效和财务绩效的兼得。基于资源基础理论,探讨资源、资源管理对企业生态创新及财务绩效的影响,以482家制造企业为样本进行实证研究。研究表明,各类资源显著正向影响企业生态创新行为,目前企业生态创新更依赖外部资源；内外部资源又通过资源管理的中介作用间接影响企业生态创新,生态创新能有效提高企业财务绩效。研究探明了资源、资源管理对企业生态创新的实现路径,有助于指导企业生态创新实践。

The realization of ecological innovation means that both environmental performance and financial performance are gained. Based on the resource-based theory, the study explores the mechanism of resources and resource management on ecological innovation and financial performance. 482 manufacturing enterprises were taken as samples for empirical research. The research shows that all kinds of resources have a significant positive impact on the eco-innovation behavior of enterprises. At present, enterprise eco-innovation is more dependent on external resources. The internal and external resources indirectly influence the eco-innovation of enterprises through the intermediary role of resource management, and eco-innovation can effectively improve financial performance of enterprises. The realization path of resources and resource management to the enterprise"s ecological innovation is studied and proved, which provides the theoretical guide for the enterprises to implement ecological innovations.
