一般系统模块论是在继承和发展一般系统结构理论中得出的一种新的现代系统论,其提出的“独立模块”的概念,使得系统创新、协同创新机制有了模块的独立性依据。文章基于一般系统模块论对协同创新体系的运行机制进行阐释,归结出模块独立性、内聚与耦合性、多态性和伙伴关系指导下的四条运行规则。在此基础上,从宏观视角下沉到微观主体,针对协同创新主体提出打破边界、权责分明、深度协作、创新机制等四条建议。

The general system module theory is a new modern system theory which inherits and develops the general system structure theory. It puts forward the concept of "independent module", which makes the system innovation and collaborative innovation mechanism have the independent basis of modules. Based on the theory of general system modules, the paper explains the operating mechanism of the collaborative innovation system and summarizes module independence, cohesion and coupling, polymorphism, partnership four main operating tracks. On this basis, from the macro perspective to the micro subject, the paper proposes four suggestions for the collaborative innovation subjects, including breaking the boundary, clear rights and responsibilities, deep cooperation and innovation mechanism.
