Blockchain as a service has the characteristics of decentralization, immutability and distributed storage of block chain technology, as well as the high scalability and huge computing power brought by cloud computing, which are spawning new business models in the science and technology service industry. Using BaaS, smart contracts and hybrid encryption technology to build a sharing system structure of the science and technology services. Based on the system structure and data classification structure, constructing the realization mechanism of data sharing in the science and technology service industry. Providing the BaaS architecture and thinking methods for the data management of the science and technology service industry, and realizes the efficient integration and sharing of data in the science and technology service industry in a decentralized, safe and reliable environment to meet the growing data needs of the science and technology service industry.
