基于产业视角下科技服务业FDI对先进制造业效应研究

Research on the effect of FDI of science and technology service industry on advanced manufacturing industry from the perspective of industry

本文以与服务业联系最为紧密的先进制造业为例，首先分析了广东省先进制造业和科技服务业外商投资发展现状，发现近年来广东省先进制造业虽然取得了一定程度发展，但区域内部发展具有很强的不均衡性，而科技服务业利用外资水平与其它服务业相比发展缓慢，全省科技服务业外商投资集中在少数核心城市。然后以2009-2018年广东省制造业核心城市数据为基础，运用面板随机效应模型，从先进制造业行业异质性和高端服务行业异质性角度出发，重点研究了科技服务业FDI对先进制造业影响。研究结果发现：高端服务FDI与先进制造业和其细分行业下的装备制造业、石油化学业有显著正相关性，与钢铁冶炼及加工业不相关；而高端服务业各细分行业中，科技服务业FDI对先进制造业发展有显著促进作用，但与其它服务行业FDI相比，其影响程度相对较小。最后，结合广东省先进制造业“十三五”规划，为广东省制造业更高质量发展提出相关政策意见。

Abstract:

This paper takes the advanced manufacturing industry which is closely connected with the service industry as an example. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of foreign investment in advanced manufacturing industry and science and technology service industry in Guangdong Province, and finds that although the advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province has made some progress in recent years, the regional internal development has a strong imbalance, and the level of foreign investment in science and technology service industry is slow compared with other service industries Foreign investment in science and technology services is concentrated in a few core cities. Then, based on the data of manufacturing core cities in Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2018, using the panel random effect model, from the perspective of advanced manufacturing industry heterogeneity and high-end service industry heterogeneity, this paper focuses on the impact of Technology Service Industry FDI on advanced manufacturing industry. The results show that: the high-end service FDI has a significant positive correlation with advanced manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing industry and petrochemical industry, but not with steel smelting and processing industry; in the high-end service industry, the Technology Service Industry FDI has a significant role in promoting the development of advanced manufacturing industry, but compared with other service Industry FDI, its impact is relatively small. Finally, combined with the 13th five year plan of advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the higher quality development of manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.
