基于计量统计的装配式建筑管理与技术发展特征研究

Research on characteristics of prefabricated building management and technology development based on metrological statistics

摘要:

装配式建筑建造模式下管理与技术领域发展是该模式顺利实施与落地的关键。本文以1992—2020年中国知网（CNKI）数据库收录的与装配式建筑研究相关的511篇核心期刊文献为对象，运用文献计量分析方法，对装配式建筑管理与技术领域研究特点、热点等特征研究。研究表明：建筑经济性、建筑管理、建筑技术、安全科学以及信息技术等为主要研究视角；研究热点主要集中在装配式建筑预制构件设计与管理、构件及混凝土结构性能、装配式建筑成本和质量均衡分析、绿色智能建筑技术与效益以及BIM信息技术应用等方向。最后，对装配式建筑的后续研究提出相关对策与建议。

Abstract:

The development of management and technology areas under the prefabricated building model is the key to the successful implementation and landing of the model. In this paper, 511 core journals related to the prefabricated building research were collected from the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database from 1992 to 2020, a study of the characteristics and hot spots of research in the field of prefabricated building and technology. The research shows that the main research perspectives are building economy, building management, building technology, safety science and information technology The research focuses on the design and management of prefabricated building precast components, the performance of components and concrete structures, the analysis of prefabricated building cost and mass balance, the technology and benefit of green building and the application of BIM information technology. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the follow-up study of prefabricated building.
