Abstract:Industrial technology innovation is a systematic process. It takes technological innovation talents as the main body and enterprises as the carrier to carry out series or combination innovations of production factors. The industrial technology innovation system interacts with the technological innovation talent system to form an interactive support system(ITES). This paper uses the complex adaptive system theory (CAS) to explore the identifications of ITES, and applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to sort and select the ITES identifications by university experts, enterprise experts and technology managers. Finally, we found that "corporate profit" is the optimal identification of the industrial technological innovation system, and "innovative will" and "economic income" are the optimal identifications of the technological innovation talent system, and they together become the optimal identifications of the ITES system.
