Research on safety performance management model driven by big data

摘要:

大数据时代信息技术的发展对安全科学领域的绩效管理产生巨大影响，促使科学研究进一步生成“数据密集型科学发现”范式。本文基于数据驱动决策的内涵，针对安全科学领域下绩效管理的特点，探讨数据驱动下安全绩效管理的三维结构与特征，并提出适应于企业层面的安全绩效管理的框架模型。研究结果表明:数据驱动下的安全绩效管理有助于推动大数据与安全管理的融合，并以数据主导方式持续提升安全管理水平。

Abstract:

The development of information technology in the era of big data has a huge impact on performance management in the field of safety science, prompting scientific research to further generate a "data-intensive scientific discovery" paradigm. According to the connotation of data-driven decision-making and the characteristics of performance management in the field of safety science, this paper discusses the three-dimensional structure and characteristics of data-driven safety performance management, and proposes a framework model for safety performance management that at the enterprise level. The results show that data-driven safety performance management promotes the integration between big data and safety management, and continuously improves the level of safety management in a data-led manner.
