专利代理服务的相关研究综述

Review of research on patent agency service

摘要:

作为服务于专利事业发展的高技术服务产业，专利代理服务是将创新成果转化为专利权利的重要环节，是维护创新主体权益、提升专利质量的重要保障。采用文献计量、总结归纳等方式对国内外专利代理服务的相关研究进行了梳理与评述，明确了此领域的研究现状及热点。发现关于专利代理服务的研究主要集中于对专利代理服务的概念、内涵及其对专利质量和专利技术转移的影响作用等方面，并在此基础上指出了当前研究的不足和未来研究的方向。建议加强专利代理服务对专利质量、专利技术转移深层次影响机理的研究，并开展有关专利代理服务质量的评价体系研究，以为专利代理机构各项服务在实践中的开展提供理论支撑，促进专利代理服务质量的提升以及专利代理服务业的良性发展。

Abstract:

As a high-tech service industry that serves the development of patent, patent agency service is an important link to transform innovation achievements into patent rights, and an important guarantee to safeguard the rights and interests of innovation subjects and improve patent quality. This paper reviews the research on patent agency service by means of bibliometrics, summary and induction, and clarifies the research status and hot spots in this field. It is found that the research on patent agency service mainly focuses on the concept of patent agency service and its influence on the patent quality and patent technology transfer. On this basis, the deficiencies of current research and the future research direction are pointed out. This article proposes to strengthen the research on the in-depth impact mechanism of patent agency service on patent quality and patent technology transfer, and to carry out evaluation system research on the quality of patent agency service. In order to provide theoretical support for the development of various services of patent agencies in practice and promote the improvement of service quality of patent agencies and the benign development of patent agency service industry.
