Abstract:In this paper, a conditional process model of the influence of organizational innovation atmosphere on the performance of new products under relational context is constructed, and the questionnaire data of 247 enterprises are used for empirical test. The research shows that organizational innovation atmosphere (organizational concept, supervisor support) has a significant positive impact on new product performance. Exploratory learning and exploitative learning play parallel mediating roles between organizational innovation atmosphere and new product performance. Trust positively regulates the mediating effect of exploitative learning. Accordingly, management enlightenment is proposed: increase the investment in the internal soft environment construction of enterprises, and create a good atmosphere of organizational innovation; Actively promote inter-organizational cooperation and enhance trust among cooperative enterprises; Coordinated exploration and exploitation of learning, dynamic balance enterprise
