Abstract:Objective to explore the dimensions of entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial behavior and their impact on entrepreneurial performance, and to analyze the intermediary role of entrepreneurial behavior in the impact of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance. Methods based on interviews and questionnaires, through the data analysis of 233 founders / founding team members of technology-based start-ups, and combined with SPSS software to study the intermediary effect of various dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior on entrepreneurial performance. Results The entrepreneurial capability and its dimensions of technology-based start-ups can achieve entrepreneurial performance through the dimensions of "resource utilization and allocation of founders and teams" and "strategic choice of target market", which will directly and indirectly affect the entrepreneurial performance of technology-based start-ups.Conclusion all dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior have some moderating effects on entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance.
