创新资源共享平台应用效果绩效评价研究——以科学仪器制造行业为例

Research on Performance Evaluation of Application Effect of Innovative Resource-sharing Platform：A Scientific Instrument Manufacturing Industry Demonstration

摘要:

针对创新资源共享平台建设和管理的实际需求，本文根据创新资源与企业绩效评价的特点，利用德尔菲法进行了两轮绩效评价指标专家咨询，从相关性、平台构建及应用情况、创新性、直接应用效果和间接应用效果五方面构建了创新资源共享平台应用效果绩效评价指标体系，对平台的构建以及科学仪器制造企业应用平台的效果进行绩效评价，验证了创新资源共享平台绩效评价指标体系的创新性和有效性，并对创新资源共享平台建设提出相关建议。

Abstract:

On account of the actual demand of the construction and management of innovative resource-sharing platform, this paper uses Delphi method to carry out two rounds of expert consultation on performance evaluation indicators, according to the characteristics of innovative resources and enterprise performance evaluation. The performance evaluation index system of the application effect of the innovative resource sharing platform has been constructed from five aspects of the relevant, platform construction and application situation, innovative, direct application effect and indirect application effect. The performance evaluation verifies the innovation and effectiveness of the performance evaluation index system of the innovative resource-sharing platform, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the construction of the innovative resource-sharing platform.
