Abstract:In order to optimize the development path of science and technological collaborative innovation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), this paper analyzes the overall regional characteristics and existing problems of science and technological collaborative innovation in GBA from the perspective of element synergy, and summarizes the experience of science and technological collaborative innovation in GBA. The results show that the science and technological collaborative development in GBA is obviously unbalanced, although experiences and models with characteristics have been formed in the areas of organization and system design, cross-border technological innovation collaboration, element flow and sharing, and innovation and cooperation platform system construction, etc., there are still some problems such as systems and mechanisms that need to be improved, the synergy of industrial science and technology innovation is not high, the channels for factor flow are not smooth, the main body is not motivated, and the coordination is not strong. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as perfecting the coordination mechanism of scientific and technological collaborative innovation, promoting the formation of innovative resource sharing and opening mechanism, creating the cooperative mechanism of innovation subject and establishing the guarantee mechanism of cooperative innovation fund, in order to provide reference for promoting development of GBA to break the "three regions, two systems, three language systems" of innovation elements flow obstacles, and to build an international science and technology innovation center with global influence.
