摘要:

中西方社会背景下的科技服务业及其政策都存在着现实差异和语境区别。从我国语境出发分析科技服务业政策是当前我国科技服务业政策研究的重要趋势之一,有利于加强对我国科技服务业政策及其规律的认识与把握。鉴于此,从概念、体系、内容、特征及流变五个角度概述了我国科技服务业政策的内容特征与演化进路,尝试在我国科技服务业政策全景描述方面进行初步探究,丰富我国科技服务业政策研究视角。

Abstract:

There are differences in reality and context in the science and technology service industry and its policies in the context of Chinese and Western societies. Analyzing the policy of the science and technology service industry from the context of our country is one of the important trends in the current policy research of the science and technology service industry in my country, which is conducive to strengthening the understanding and grasp of my country"s science and technology service industry policies and their laws. In view of this, the content characteristics and evolutionary path of China"s science and technology service industry policies are summarized from five perspectives of concept, system, content, characteristics and evolution, and an attempt is made to make preliminary explorations in the panoramic description of China"s science and technology service industry policies to enrich China"s science and technology services.
