Abstract:In order to further effectively stimulate researchers' innovation, this paper attempts to build a chain intermediary effect model of innovative behavior of researcher,by investigating the innovation behaviors of researchers in central and western China, to explore the internal mechanism through which organizational innovation support influences researchers' creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing, and the differences in the effects of different influencing paths. The results show that organizational innovation support can directly influence innovation behavior and has a significant positive correlation. Creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing played a significant mediating role in the relationship between organizational innovation support and innovation behavior, and creative self-efficacy further improved individual innovation behavior by influencing knowledge sharing among research team members. According to the research conclusions, relevant suggestions are put forward. First, we should pay attention to the importance of various kinds of innovation incentives inside and outside the organization to researchers' innovation, and encourage researchers to invest their limited resources into innovation and give them more possibilities to carry out innovation. Second, the innovation incentive mechanism and knowledge sharing platform should be actively constructed inside and outside the organization to improve the innovation efficiency of researchers. Third, we should jointly formulate relevant policies from creative self-efficacy of researchers, willingness to share knowledge, and ways of sharing knowledge inside and outside the organization, and ensure the effectiveness of the policies.
