Comparative Study on the Development Policy of ArtificialIntelligence between China and France:Perspectives based on policy objectives, driving subjects and policy content

摘要:

本文通过对中法两国近年来人工智能发展政策的梳理，从政策目标、推动力量、政策内容三方面进行比较分析，借鉴法国人工智能发展政策的经验，为我国人工智能发展政策的进一步完善提出对策建议。

Abstract:

Through studying the content of artificial intelligence development policies in China and France in recent years, this paper makes a comparative analysis from the three aspects of policy objectives, driving forces, and policy content, draws on and absorbs the experience of French artificial intelligence development, puts forward some policy suggestions for the further development of artificial intelligence in China.
