Abstract:Through the interview method and questionnaire survey method, in the innovation performance management of the scientific and technological innovation team, the innovation performance evaluation often focuses on the innovation result performance and ignores the innovation process performance, which leads to the lack of innovation enthusiasm of the scientific and technological innovation team. In this regard, from the perspective of simultaneously focusing on the performance of the innovation process and the performance of the innovation results, analyze and discuss the innovation performance evaluation model of the scientific and technological innovation team based on the value chain. Based on the analysis of the composition of the innovation value chain, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct the innovation capability, innovation behavior, innovation value and knowledge transformation capability, and knowledge output capability from the two dimensions of the innovation knowledge acquisition process and the innovation output process. A scientific and technological innovation team’s innovation performance evaluation index system with a total of 20 indicators, and an expert scoring method is used to determine the index weights after decomposition, to further improve and perfect the innovation performance management system based on the value chain of the scientific and technological innovation team, in order to promote the scientific and technological innovation team Improve the level of innovation performance management and promote the scientific and technological innovation team to achieve value-added goals in the value chain.
