本文通过对国际典型先进制造业集群发展的案例分析，探索其发展特点与经验，为成渝双城经济圈建设世界级先进制造业集群提供参考借鉴。研究发现：国际先进制造业集群发展具有重视打造完善的政策体系、重视科技创新与先进技术研发、重视发挥区域优势与集群内部协作、重视构建成熟创新生态系统、重视服务业与制造业融合发展等特点。成渝地区目前具备较完备的制造业体系，产业成长性较好、企业实力较强，且产业集群化特征初显，借鉴科技强国先进制造业集群发展经验，从加强科技研发投入和产业规划引导，遴选优势产业，加强产业协同，培育龙头企业，促进“制造+服务”融合发展和集聚高层次创新人才等方面提出成渝双城经济圈培育世界级先进制造业集群的对策建议。

Abstract:

TThrough the case analysis of the development of typical international advanced manufacturing clusters, the paper explores the development characteristics and experience of international advanced industrial clusters, and provide reference for the construction of excellent advanced manufacturing clusters in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The research found that the development of international advanced manufacturing clusters emphasizes building a sound policy system, focusing on technological innovation and advanced technology research and development, focusing on regional advantages and collaboration within the cluster, focusing on building a mature innovation ecosystem, and focusing on the integrated development of the service industry and the manufacturing industry. Based on the development experience of advanced manufacturing clusters in scientific and technological powers and the current characteristics of manufacturing development in Chengdu and Chongqing, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating excellent advanced manufacturing clusters in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The Chengdu-Chongqing area currently has a relatively complete manufacturing system, with good industrial growth, strong corporate strength, and the characteristics of industrial clusters beginning to appear. Learn from the development experience of advanced manufacturing clusters in powerful countries in science and technology, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle to cultivate world-class advanced manufacturing clusters from the aspects of strengthening R&D investment and industrial planning guidance, selecting advantageous industries, strengthening industrial coordination, cultivating leading enterprises, promoting the integrated development of “manufacturing + service” and gathering high-level innovative talents.
