摘要:

在“一带一路”框架下，加快中国与中东欧国家科技合作是十分必要的。本文运用创新综合指数和全球创新指数分析研究中国与中东欧国家科技创新能力。利用大量数据分析中国-中东欧各国科技投入与产出状况，通过比较探寻中国-中东欧国家科技发展的水平，为科技合作的开展提供依据，并提出加强中国-中东欧国家科技合作的具体建议，为进一步推动区域科技合作，实现“一带一路”共同发展目标提供理论指导。

Abstract:

Under the "One Belt And One Road" framework, it is very necessary to accelerate scientific and technological cooperation between China and central and eastern European countries. This paper USES the Innovation Composite Index and the Global Innovation Index to analyze and study the scientific and technological innovation capacity of China and CEE countries. Using a large amount of data analysis between China and central and eastern European countries to input and output of science and technology, through the comparison for China - central and eastern Europe the level of science and technology development, provide the basis for the development of science and technology cooperation, and puts forward specific Suggestions on strengthening technology cooperation between China and central and eastern Europe, in order to further promote regional scientific and technological cooperation and achieve common development goals for the "area" to provide theoretical guidance.
