Abstract:Abstract: Employment is the most intuitive feedback to talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities. Combined with the actual work of Jilin University, this paper puts forward that in the current informatization of employment in colleges and universities, there are mainly problems such as the inconsistency of information statistics standards, the "extensive" of information management mode and the "disconnection" of information platforms at all levels and departments. Based on improving the evaluation and tracking system of talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities, the informatization of employment needs to promote the "fairness" of the evaluation system with "standardization", promote the "precision" of the employment in colleges and universities with "big data", and realize the "interconnection" of information platforms with "data integration".
