高校人才培养质量跟踪评价体系的信息化建设探析——以吉林大学为例[*]

An analysis on the Informatization Construction of the Tracking and Evaluation System of Talent Cultivation Quality in Colleges and Universities—— by the Case of Jilin University

摘要:

建立完备的高校人才培养质量跟踪体系是“双一流”建设的重要保障，就业是对高校人才培养质量最为直观的反馈，就业信息化加强了高校人才培养质量跟踪评价主体间的联动，并贯通就业管理与人才培养全过程。因此，就业信息化是高校人才培养质量跟踪体系建设的核心。本文结合吉林大学实际工作提出，在当前的高校就业工作信息化中，主要存在着信息统计标准不统一，信息管理方式“粗放化”，各层级、各部门之间信息平台“不联不通”等问题。基于提升高校人才培养质量评价跟踪体系，就业工作信息化需要以“标准化”推进评价体系“公正化”，以“大数据”促进高校就业“精准化”，以“数据融通”实现信息平台的“互联互通”。

Abstract: Employment is the most intuitive feedback to talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities. Combined with the actual work of Jilin University, this paper puts forward that in the current informatization of employment in colleges and universities, there are mainly problems such as the inconsistency of information statistics standards, the "extensive" of information management mode and the "disconnection" of information platforms at all levels and departments. Based on improving the evaluation and tracking system of talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities, the informatization of employment needs to promote the "fairness" of the evaluation system with "standardization", promote the "precision" of the employment in colleges and universities with "big data", and realize the "interconnection" of information platforms with "data integration".
