数字内容产业在探索建设自由贸易港中的发展策略

摘要:

在数字化和网络化迅猛发展的背景下，源自科技与文化深度融合而生的数字内容产业有可能成为未来我国推进文化产业加速发展的重要引擎，而在“十四五”期间探索建设的自由贸易港，既需要统领全局的基础性制度也需要具体的探索领域。中共中央和国务院于2020年6月联合印发的《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》明确要求把海南自由贸易港建设成为国家对外文化贸易基地。为了把我国自由贸易港打造成为数字内容产业的国际枢纽港，下一步应积极利用自由贸易港开放水平高的优势，探求参与数字内容产业全球竞争的路径突破，为我国数字内容产业高质量发展提供可复制可推广的经验。

Abstract:

Under the background of rapid development of digitization and networking, digital content industry derived from the deep integration of science and technology and culture may become an important engine to accelerate the development of China's cultural industry in the future. The free trade port to be explored and constructed during the "14th five year plan" period needs not only the overall basic system but also specific exploration fields. The general plan for the construction of Hainan free trade port jointly issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in June 2020 clearly requires that Hainan free trade port be built into a national foreign cultural and trade base. In order to build China's free trade port into an international hub port of digital content industry, In the next step, we should actively take advantage of the high level of openness of the free trade port to explore the path breakthrough of participating in the global competition of digital content industry, so as to provide replicable and popularized experience for the high-quality development of digital content industry.
