Abstract:To delve into the generation mechanism of deviant innovation, the paper intends to outline the framework of which independent variable is the leadership creativity expectation, dependent variable is the deviant innovative behavior, and promoting orientation is regarded as the mediating variable between leadership creativity expectation and deviant innovative behavior, moderating variable is the perceived overqualification of employees, and which is tested by using method of the structural equation model. The studies we have performed showed that leadership creativity expectation has a positive impact on employee's deviant innovation behavior; promoting orientation plays an intermediary role in this process; otherwise, as if the perceived overqualification of employees at a high level, the extent of the influence of the deviant innovative behavior by leadership creativity expectation will be improved. The results of the study indicate a revelation in management that the managements should positively create a good atmosphere as supporting for innovation, offer employee full of backing and promise in the practice of management, at the same times, have a complete understanding of credentials, and pay attention to control employees’ ability in self-obtained resources by themselves within reason to strengthen internal management.
