林纸绿色供应链上合理的利益分配是实现供应链整体价值增值和各参与企业共赢的关键因素。因此,林纸绿色供应链利益分配的环节及影响因素的研究就显得尤为重要。本文构建林纸绿色供应链利益分配系统动力学模型,利用系统动力学方法建立因果关系图和系统存量流量图,并对模型的仿真结果进行对比分析并讨论。仿真结果证明了森林培育环节的重要性,调整营林企业分配的新增收益从而调整森林培育环节投入是更为行之有效的办法。最终,本文对林纸绿色供应链的发展提出了相应的建议,为真正实现产业与生态的共生提供了参考。

The reasonable distribution of benefits in the forest paper green supply chain is the key factor to realize the value-added of the overall supply chain and the win-win situation of the participating companies. Therefore, the research on the links and influencing factors of forest paper green supply chain benefit distribution is particularly important. This paper constructs a dynamic model of forest paper green supply chain benefit distribution system, establishes causality diagram and system stock flow diagram by using the system dynamics method, compares and analyzes the simulation results of the model. The simulation results prove the importance of the forest cultivation link. It is a more effective way to adjust the input of forest cultivation by adjusting the new income allocated by forest management enterprises.Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of forest paper green supply chain, which provides a reference for truly achieving the symbiosis of industry and ecology.
