Abstract:Based on the paired data of 272 employees and their direct supervisors, the influence of peer influence on employee creativity and its transmission mechanism were investigated. The empirical results of hierarchical regression show that peer influence has significant positive effect on employee creativity and can promote employee engagement, and work engagement mediates the relationship between peer influence and employee creativity Organizational justice positively regulates the relationship between peer influence and job involvement, which means that the higher the level of organizational justice, the greater the positive impact of peer influence on employee job involvement. The conclusion of this study is helpful to understand the potential intermediate mechanism and boundary conditions of peer influence on employee creativity from the perspective of social psychology, it also provides innovative management practice for enterprises to exert the positive influence of peer influence, guide individuals to set up correct comparison view and improve employees’ sense of organizational justice, so as to stimulate their creativity.
