粤港澳大湾区产业创新生态重构机理与路径选择

Mechanism and Path Selection of industrial innovation ecological Reconstruction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要:

构建与港澳合作的具有“破坏性创造”特征的产业创新生态体系是粤港澳大湾区经济高质量发展的关键。采用田野式调查，基于学界相关研究成果的提炼，抽象出大湾区产业创新生态重构的战略取向与路径选择。研究表明，应完善“知识经济－参与主体－商业经济”为循环的生态重构机理，构建基于全球化生产体系、国家创新与治理体系的大湾区产业集群创新生态价值网，打造粤港澳大湾区资源统筹、产业与创新协同的高度合作的共同体，驱动技术与市场双颠覆，是实现粤港澳大湾区产业发展由“创造性破坏”向“破坏性创造”转变的策略选择。进一步，从科技产业应用圈层建设、完善合作体制机制等方面提出相关政策建议。

Abstract:

The key to the high-quality economic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is to reconstruct the industrial innovation ecosystem characterized by "destructive creation" in cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao.Based on the field investigation and the relevant academic research results, the strategic orientation and path choice of the ecological reconstruction of industrial innovation in the Greater Bay Area are abstracted.Study shows:Should perfect the "knowledge economy - players - commercial economy" for the circulation of ecological reconstruction mechanism,based on the global production system, the national system of innovation and management,the industrial cluster innovation ecological value network should be built up,in order to build the whole public body which have the height of the industry and innovation synergy cooperation community, double drive technology and market.It should achieve a strategy choice which drive the industry development from the "creative destruction" to the "creative destruction" shift in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Further, the paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions from the aspects of construction of application circle of science and technology industry and improvement of cooperation system and mechanism.
