Abstract:In order to explore the internal relationship between innovation climate and innovation performance in different countries’ high-tech enterprises, a comparative explicit research was developed based on 150 Chinese high-tech enterprises and 142 Korean high-tech enterprises. A SEM was designed and tacit knowledge sharing is a mediating role. The results are the following :(1)According to the descriptive analysis, the input of high-educated human capitals and R&D in Chinese high-tech enterprises is lower than that in Korea’s and employees’ loyalty in China is lower than that in Korea.(2)ANOVA test shows that in Chinese high-tech enterprises, employees’ different working years has a significant difference on organizational support and R&D has a significant difference on innovation performance. In Korean high-tech enterprises, employees’ working years has a significant difference on informal sharing, while education level and R&D has a significant difference on innovation performance.(3) In both Chinese and Korean high-tech enterprises, tacit knowledge sharing plays a complete mediating role between innovation climate and innovation performance. In Chinese high-tech enterprises, the impact of formal sharing on innovation performance is the largest and the impact of individual trust is the smallest; In Korean high-tech enterprises, the impact of informal sharing on innovation performance is the largest and the impact of organization support is the smallest.
